May & June OCD Trainings🔦 Monthly Spotlight🔦

📅Upcoming Trainings

Happy April! 🌸

Here are the next training opportunities for you to learn about OCD in the coming months.

🌻May Training☀️

May 3, 2025
9am - 1:15pm PT

This introductory training on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD is designed to help mental health providers gain insight into the specialized techniques required to effectively treat OCD.

  • Understand what ERP is, how it differs from traditional talk therapy, why specialized training is important, and how to communicate this with clients who may have OCD.
  • Get an opportunity to explore ERP and its foundational concepts before committing to more advanced training or consultation in this evidence-based approach.

This training serves as an introduction to ERP rather than a comprehensive course. Additional training is necessary to achieve competency in ERP.

🏖️June Training🌼

June 7, 2025
9am - 1:15pm PT

OCD is often misdiagnosed as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, so what's the difference? In this training you will learn the similarities and differences to be able to differentiate OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder based on DSM-5-TR criteria.

CEUs are approved by the Nevada MFT/CPC Board and also accepted by the Nevada Social Work and Psychology Boards and the Washington State Boards. (Many state boards will accept CEUs approved by other state boards. If you are not licensed in Nevada or Washington and would like CEUs to count towards your renewal, please review your board’s policy re: CEUs that are accepted.)

I look forward to hopefully seeing you at an upcoming event! If I can be of further support, let me know.

With kind regards,
